Organizational culture will make or break any organization. Clear and consistent messaging, member engagement, promotions, diversified media, organizational clarity, ease of use, and productivity are all needed for any organization to grow.
Challenge: Amplify and enhance church culture, develop corporate communications and marketing space and teams, develop media and technology team, improve current processes and create new processes for better leadership and member experience, provide strategy and communication plans for a multi-site church, provide recommendations as needed.
Solution: Create teams, solidify and empower leads within those teams to excel in an already established organizational structure, create new communications and marketing ecosystem and educate, develop communications strategies, and much more.
